Barbenheimer
Barbenheimer is the movie event of the summer, and could spell the end of the movie year depending on what happens with the strikes. I’ve been lucky enough to see both films. Oppenheimer, alone, one random night and Barbie on a lovely date with my wife.
I have thoughts on each film, and would broadly categorize them both as good. I had planned on sharing my thoughts on Oppenheimer this week, but the busyness of life has taken over. I am away on a two-week work trip and unable to give either film the proper treatment worthy of The Logbook.
Instead of rushing something out, I simply want to apologize for this failure on my part. Thoughts on both of these films will arrive in the coming weeks. Until then, I believe these films will have some legs, so if you haven’t seen either yet, it’s worth getting out to a theater.
Thanks for being a part of The Logbook community!
